After well over a decade of fulfilling Chiropractic practice, 2 multidisciplinary clinics, and various advocacy positions, I graduated from Tyndale University with a Master of Divinity degree (Clinical Counselling).

My clients describe me as attentive, conscientious, determined. I have a very practical and solution focused approach to counselling. I won’t just sit and listen. I help my clients integrate mind, body, and spirit using a variety of modalities.

I am trained in family systems therapy, which looks at the rules, roles, and relationships of the family and their interactions with the world around them. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors.

Together, we will develop new ways to react to life’s challenges. We will develop a practical plan to learn new tools and practice new behaviors that can help you get on a path to living the life you want.
I am focused on working with stressed out professionals, men’s mental health, and couples at various stages in their relationships. I am also uniquely interested in equipping individuals who have experienced addiction with the tools they need to heal and create a path forward.

I am extremely passionate about this line of work and look forward to sharing in your life journey. Whether in person or virtually, let’s create the space you deserve to figure out what’s next.

When I am not with clients, I am traveling, hiking, or involved in some small construction project alongside my wife, kids, and dog!
